- THE ROPE PARK – KUDOWA ZDRÓJ
Welcome to the rope park in Kudowa Zdrój, where you can find many attractions for adults and children. The main attraction is a system of climbing platforms and rope obstacles set up on trees. You can also jump from the pole, build a pyramid of boxes, try yourself in a shooting range or try zorbing.

- SKI-RAFT – BARDO ŚLĄSKIE
Rafting is an excellent way to spend your free time. We suggest you to swim across the Przełom Bardzki on the Nysa Kłodzka River. It’s one of the most beautiful places in Poland and one of main touristic attractions in the Kłodzko Valley. Because of it’s uniqueness it is appreciated by several thousands of people. Rafting down this strech it’s a trip between five meanders, among high rocks and forests on the shore, colourful and smelling meadows.

- THE RADKÓW LAGOON
The Radków Lagoon is a beautifully located place for those who want peace, tranquility, smell of the forest and looking for a place for water sports. You can swim in a guarded bathing or swim in kayaks or water bikes. There is a starting base for touristic routes leading to the Stołowe Mountains National Park.

- SKI LIFTS – SOKOLEC – RZECZKA
A set of independent ski lifts in the area of the Sokola Pass. Most of them are situated in the village Rzeczka, but some are also situated in village Sokolec. In total, these ski lifts with slopes create a large ski resort with many T-bar lifts and slopes in varying degree of difficulty.

- SUMMER TOBOGGAN RUN – POLANICA ZDRÓJ
An attractive entertainment for children and adults. Downhill on a sled with wheels on a steel gutter. A toboggan run is 450 m long. Speed is regulated by a hand brake – max 40 km/h. The toboggan run is opened in summer, in dry weather only.

- SKI LIFTS – ZIELENIEC
Zieleniec is the largest ski resort in the Kłodzko Valley (one of the largest in the Sudety). It is located at the height about 950 meters above sea level in the range of the Orlickie Mountains. There is a specific microclimate (the only one in Poland) – similar to alpine. Zieleniec offers 28 ski lifts. For those who like night riding there are prepared 10 lit slopes. Downhill routes in Zieleniec are very diverse in degree of driving technique: from very easy to very hard. Everyone can find something for himself. For those who practice freestyle skiing or snowboarding Zieleniec offers a snowpark and a full-sized gutter (halfpipe).

- AQUAPARK – KUDOWA ZDRÓJ
The aquapark “Water World” is a modern swimming complex. It consists of a swimming pool, a recreational pool and a paddling pool for children. Attractions are: a water slide (92 m long), a sauna, a solarium, a whirlpool, geysers, a gym, a fitness club, a restaurant and bowling.

- AQUAPARK – NOWA RUDA-SŁUPIEC
The aquapark consists of a swimming pool (lenght 25 m), a recreational pool, a water slide (lenght 60 m), water whips, geysers. Located in the tourist and sports complex in Nowa Ruda-Słupiec.
